Both parties give their arguments in front of arbitrators and decisions are made according to desires and willing of both parties. During mediation process mediators can meet with parties separately which create ambiguity among parties and they become rebel from procedure.  Arbitration is the process which is confidential for both parties because it’s transparent procedure.
